About HRM Boilers
We manufacture a range of high quality domestic oil fired boilers that give real and significant benefits to householders, installers, architects, builders and housing associations.
Our range includes the unique award winning Wallstar through-the-wall oil fired boiler, the first model of which was introduced during the early 1980’s. The latest Wallstar condensing range includes regular and system models. It is one of the most versatile ranges of wall mounted oil fired boilers on the market.
The fully external range of boilers, aptly named X-ternal, which are available in regular and system versions, were developed to cater for those occasional situations where the benefits of the Wallstar boiler cannot be utilised.
Quality
We are committed to achieving the highest quality standards. Our quality management system is independently audited and accredited to ISO9001:2000 so you can be assured of a consistently high standard of product and service.
Some time ago we abandoned the production line method. Whilst they seem to be more efficient "on paper", in reality it means that no one person is accountable for the build quality of each boiler.
Today each HRM boiler is manufactured from start to finish by one skilled and dedicated member of our production team who proudly place their name on the boiler casing, which is why we are able to offer you such a strong warranty and why we have earned a reputation for quality products.
Environment
We have been accredited to the Environmental Management Standard ISO14001:2004. This means that our processes are managed and independently audited in order to minimise environmental impact.
